Xử lý sự cố:

1. Đảm bảo router của bạn có kết nối internet.

2. Đảm bảo mạng Wi-Fi ổn định.

3. Đảm bảo robot hút bụi bật và luôn hoạt động dù không ở trong phạm bi phủ sóng wifi.

Lưu ý: Robot hút bụi sẽ tắt sau 10 giờ không hoạt động từ trạm sạc.

4. Tắt robot hút hụi và bật lại, sau đó thử lại.

5. Nếu bạn đã thay đổi tên mạng Wi-Fi (SSID) hoặc mật mã, vui lòng reset robot hút bụi và cài đặt lại nó.

6. Nếu sự cố vẫn còn tồn tại, vui lòng Liên Hệ Hỗ Trợ.
