What Should I do if my Tapo Floodlight Camera Will Not Power on?

- Make sure you have turned on the circuit breaker.
- Check that the bracket and camera are firmly attached.
- Turn off the circuit breaker and check the wiring. Make sure the Line and Neutral wires are connected correctly. Refer to https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/3474/ for detailed instructions.
- Turn off the circuit breaker and check that the wires are well-connected to the bracket and the screws are tightened.
- Reset the circuit breaker and verify the wires are working properly. Make sure the power supply voltage is 110 V~240 V. It’s recommended to consult with, or have this step performed by a licensed electrician.
