Things to know:
- Use cool or room temperature water only.
- Ensure the metal contacts remain dry.
- Only use Tapo recommended cleaning solution. Using other solutions may corrode or damage the water tank.
RV10/RV10 Plus/RV20 Mop/RV20 Mop Plus
1. Remove the Dust bin and water tank from the Vacuum.
2. Remove the rubber plug and add water up to the tank’s fill line.
3. Re-install the dustbin and water tank.
For RV30/RV30 Plus
1. Remove the Dust bin and water tank from the Vacuum.
2. Remove the rubber plug and add water up to the tank’s fill line.
3. Re-install the dustbin and water tank.
