Voice Prompts for Vacuum Issues (For LiDAR Navigation Robot Vacuum)

Solution

Error 1: Battery Error.

Please refer to the manual or app.

The Temperature of the Battery is Out of the Operating Range, Please wait until the battery temperature changes to 0℃- 40℃ (32℉-104℉).

Error 2: Wheel Module Error.

Please refer to the manual or app.

Please check whether there are foreign objects stuck in the wheels.

Please restart the robot vacuum after cleaning.

Error 3: Side Brush Error.

Please refer to the manual or app.

Please check whether there are foreign objects stuck in the side brush.

Please restart the robot vacuum after cleaning.

Error 4: Suction Fan Error.

Please refer to the manual or app.

Please check the Fan Port for Foreign Objects.It is also recommended to clean the dust box and filter.

Please restart the robot vacuum after cleaning.

Error 5: Main Brush Error.

Please refer to the manual or app.

Remove the Main Brush and clean the main brush by removing any debris from: the connection part of the rolling brush, the rolling brush cover, and the dust suction port.

Please restart the robot vacuum after cleaning.

Error 6: Water Pump Error.

Please refer to the manual or app.

Please clean the water tank, water pump connections between the tank and robot vacuum, and the water outlet at the bottom of the robot vacuum, and check the mop module for debris. Please restart the robot vacuum after cleaning.

Error 7: LiDAR Error.

Please refer to the manual or app.

Please check whether there are foreign objects in front of the laser sensor, and gently clean the module of any visible dust

Please restart the robot vacuum after cleaning.

Error 8: Abnormal operation.

Please check whether the main switch is turned on.

Please toggle the power switch on the robot vacuum to “ON”.
