For RV10 Lite/RV10/RV30/RV20/RV20 Mop
Wipe the charging contacts on both the vacuum and charging dock with a clean, dry cloth to remove any dirt or debris. It is recommended to clean the contacts at least once a month.
For RV10 Plus/RV20 Plus/RV20 Mop Plus/RV30 Plus
