How to Troubleshoot Charging Issues on a Tapo Robot Vacuum

If your Tapo Robot Vacuum is having trouble charging, please refer to the steps below.
1. Remove the Tapo Robot Vacuum from the Dock and check whether the Dock’s indicator light is on. Make sure both ends of the Dock’s power adapter are securely plugged in.
2. In the event of poor contact between the charging points of the Dock and your Tapo Robot Vacuum, please clean the spring contacts on the Dock, and the charging contacts on the Tapo Robot Vacuum using a small, dry-cleaning tool such as a cotton swab.
3. Make sure the power switch on the left side of the Tapo Robot Vacuum is toggled to the "ON" position.
