If Your Tapo Robot Vacuum or your Tapo app prompts a Battery Error, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Restart your Tapo Robot Vacuum.
2. The battery temperature may be too high or too low. If this is the case, please wait until the battery temperature returns to its normal operating temperature range: 0℃- 40℃ (32℉- 104℉).
