What Should I do if the Main Brush on My Robot Vacuum is Stuck?

The main brush of your Tapo Robot Vacuum is the primary cleaning apparatus of the device.
If the main brush gets stuck, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Please turn the Robot Vacuum over and inspect for large debris, entanglements, or large objects in the main brush.
- If any of these objects are present, please remove the main brush and clean it using the steps below:

- Turn the Robot Vacuum over, then unlatch and remove the main brush cover.

- Remove the brush and its end cap.

- Remove any stuck objects using the cleaning brush.
3. Clean the connection points between the main brush and the Robot Vacuum.
4. Re-install the cap and main brush, pressing firmly on the main brush cover to lock it in place.
