What if Tapo Sync-to-Sound doesn’t work on my Tapo device

·Make sure this Tapo device is powered on.
·Make sure the sound source is closer to your phone/tablet.
·Move your phone/tablet closer to this Tapo device.
·Turn off cellular data and try again.
·Turn off the VPN or apps based on the VPN mechanism.
·Make sure you have granted Microphone permission for the Tapo app and your phone/tablet’s microphone is working well.
·Try changing the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 on your router. If you don’t know how to do this, please contact your router’s customer support.
·If you have enabled AP isolation or Guest Network on your router, please disable it and try again.
