Cannot find Kasa device in Tapo App

Cannot find device model when adding a new Kasa device

- Make sure you choose the Kasa brand.

- Try searching for your Kasa device by typing in its model.

Cannot find existing Kasa devices when linking Kasa with Tapo

- Verify if the Kasa account in use is the same as Tapo’s. Kasa devices won't be synced to the Tapo App if they're bound with different TP-Link ID.
