Step1: Download the 3D Floor Plan

1. Open the Home page of your Tapo APP

2. Click on the cube icon (3D vivid view) in the top right corner

1. Follow the instructions in the Tapo App to learn how to create the floor plan of your sweet home.

2. Customize the floor plan (rooms and doors), choose the furniture, and drag the smart home devices that are bonded to your account to the place you want.

3. Save the settings: Click the save button on the top right corner and enjoy the 3D map.

1. Choose a robot vacuum.

2. Choose a Map from the robot vacuum and the floor plan will be generated automatically.

1: Open the Tapo app and tap the “My Home” icon. Select “Home Settings” from the menu.

Note: Make sure you download the latest version of the app from Google Play or the App Store.

Step 1. Launch the Tapo app and log in. Click on Me at the bottom, and then select Support Center.

How to Add A Group for Your Tapo Devices

Feature Description

A group is a collection of devices that you can tap a single action to control all devices belonging to that group. It is accessible on the home screen just like any other device.

You can group together smart plugs, smart switches, and smart bulbs. If you grouped together a bunch of smart bulbs, you will see the color picker and all of the other bulb-related features you would expect if controlling a single smart bulb. This will help reduce the number of unique screens needed to support the feature.

If you have a group of six smart bulbs and drag your finger around the color picker, all of the 'color' bulbs change color simultaneously and smoothly. Other bulbs that are non-color bulbs will remain unchanged.

Groups will exist in a new "GROUPS" category in the device list and they will appear like a basic device with a name, icon, and on/off switch.

How Can I Add a Group?

1. From the Home screen, tap on the “+” icon in the top right corner. Then select "Add Group".

2. Name your group and set a location for it. Select the smart devices you want to add to the group and tap SAVE.

From the device list, long-press an individual group until the red delete symbol appears on the right. Tap the red delete symbol.

Amennyiben elfelejtette jelszavát a fiókjához, kövesse az alábbi lépéseket, hogy új jelszót hozzon létre, amivel már lehetséges a belépés a Tapo alkalmazásba.

Lépés 1. A “Log In” (Bejelentkezés) oldalon, válassza a(z) “Forgot Password” (Elfelejtettem a Jelszavamat) opciót.

Lépés 2 Adja meg fiókja email címét, majd koppintson a “SEND” (KÜLDÉS) ikonra.

Lépés 3 Nyissa meg az emailt, válassza ki a “Click to Reset Password” (Új Jelszó Megadása) opciót, amely átirányítja önt a felhő megfelelő oldalára.

Lépés 4. Adja meg új, felhő fiókjához tartozó jelszavát, majd kattintson a “Save” (Mentés) menüpontra.

K2: A Tapo alkalmazás lefagy

1. Távolítsa el a Tapo alkalmazást, majd telepítse újra a legfrisebb verziót készülékére.

2. Telepítse újra a Tapo alkalmazást egy másik telefonra és próbálja újra.

K3: Nem lehet bejelentkezni a TP-Link ID-vel

How to unbind cloud account with devices in mobile App

Before we begin:

You could unbind the cloud account by removing your devices on the corresponding app. For NC series cameras, you can use the tpCamera app to remove the device, and for smart home products, you can use the Kasa app to remove the device.

Note: Once the device is removed from the app, the device would be reset to the factory default settings by default, and you need to reconfigure it from the very beginning if you want to control the device on the app again.

Using an HS110 as an example in Kasa App.

Option 1: Press and hold the device on the screen and you will see the “-” option.

Option 2: Tap “Remove Device” at the bottom of the Device Settings page.

Using an NC450 as an example in tpCamera App.

Tap the icon of gear to enter the Camera settings page, then you can tap “Remove Camera” at the bottom to remove the camera from your cloud account.
