If the battery is dead while you are outside, you can connect the exterior assembly to a power source to power up your door lock.
- Tear off the silicone cover of the Type-C port on the exterior assembly.
- Connect the lock to a power outlet or power bank using a USB cable. This will provide a temporary power supply and will not charge the battery. Note that this port is for power only and cannot transfer data.
Note: The type-C port on the exterior assembly can only be used to provide a temporary power supply and will not charge the battery. To charge the battery, please remove the battery from the interior assembly and connect it to a power source using a USB cable.
